• Price quoted is including of service tax.
• The plan provided by us is for Reference only and not for construction.
• Structural safety drawings & measures, Sanitary, Water Supply, Electric Installation, etc    will be managed by owner as per Local bye laws and site conditions
• Door and window will be shown in plan but sizes and shape will be adjusted by owner.
• If you require any modification in plan, additional charges @Rs.500/- will be charged (in    advance) for each modified drawing version.
• We will send drawing(s) in A3 size paper format
• After receiving a payment, we will dispatch drawing within 3 days.
