  1. Refund Policy
    ghardesign.com takes every project (based on the services) very seriously and ensures that the same is handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per our promise to him. However, if you are not satisfied with the outcome, we do not entertain refund requests. But for the convenience of the client we give them change option (at an extra cost) as per the package taken.
    We truly understand that any buyer trusts us solely and buys the product from our site.
    Hence, we take responsibility for any dis-satisfaction arising there-off.
    Once the payment is deposited and the project started, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order.

  2. TERMS & CONDITIONS
    Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your use of services are subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). 
    By subscribing to or using any of our services you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms, you must not subscribe to or use our services.

    In these Terms, references to "you", "User" shall mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents and using the Services offered through the Website, "Service Providers" mean independent third party service providers. 
    Description of services: IDEA, IDEAPLUS and IDEASELECT
    Eligibility : You must provide true, complete and up-to-date registration information about yourself and agree to abide by these Terms. You must be legally capable to enter into contracts.
    Payment and Fees: The payment should be deposit in advance. 
    Revised Option: After getting plan from us if any change is required by you additional charges will have to pay by the customer if any commitment is not there.
    International Use:
    Presently we do not provide services outside India

  4. DELIVERY POLICY
    Please note that ghardesign.com delivery commitment is subject to:

    1. Timely payments: A project is not considered to be void if the agreed upon / listed payments are not clear.
    2. Timely communication from the client: If required information for successful completion of the project is not communicated to us in a timely manner. Any delay or failure of the project arising out of such situations cannot be attributed to ghardesign.com.
    3. Completeness of information provided by the client: If the information provided to us is incomplete and/or complete information/scope of the project (service and/or product) is not provided at the beginning of the project, ghardesign.com.com is not bound to maintain its delivery.
    4. Compensation for late delivery: ghardesign.com will not make any compensation for the delay of delivery under any circumstances, unless there is a special agreement signed or Committed with penalty clause for delay in delivery.
    5. Delievery Schedule: After receiving payment and whole detail of the project from the client, Plan will be send within 3-4 days.
